Laurence Kalinsky is a seasoned Board-level executive with over twenty-five years of expertise in finance, development, and venture operations. Specializing in financial diligence, capital structuring, and strategic investment, he has advised both start-up and public companies across the globe, working with clients in the non-profit, media, manufacturing, SaaS, deep tech, cyber security, and aviation sectors. His transactional experience spans billions in aggregate deal value. As Executive Director of the Family Offices for Sustainable Development (FOSD) program at PVBLIC Foundation, he bridges global investors with high-impact opportunities, facilitating sustainable development and economic resilience across more than 125 countries and reaching over a billion people.

Prior to his work with PVBLIC, Mr. Kalinsky was the Founder and CFO of Los Angeles-based technology incubator Radial Function LLC, where he launched and financed five companies, including Unicourt Inc., a SaaS-driven legal analytics platform. He was also Managing Director and Vice President of Business Development & Strategy for NASDAQ-listed WPT Enterprises, Inc., where he led international expansion efforts that grew the company to over 150 countries.

A trusted advisor to C-suite executives, institutional investors, and government-backed organizations, Mr. Kalinsky has served as aGlobal Entrepreneurship Lecturer for the U.S. Department of Defense’s Boots to Business Program, delivering financial strategy and venture-building training on military bases worldwide. He is also deeply engaged in executive education, providing capital markets and business development mentorship through institutions such as the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, the Vine and other premier family office and groups.

Mr. Kalinsky holds an MBA Cum Laude from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and completed his undergraduate studies in history at Tufts University. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Natalia, and daughter, Zoya, with whom he is co-authoring a fantasy novel set for publication in late 2025.
